Concrete fiber pricing for your project

Tell us the application, the approximate concrete volume and the delivery city. We come back with the recommended grade, packaging and supply cost for the project. The dosage, and any reduction of mesh, must be confirmed in that project's design.

Buying concrete fiber

What separates a good purchase from a cheap one

A large share of what is sold as concrete fiber is textile or packaging waste that was never engineered for concrete. The difference is invisible on the bag. It shows in filament length, cross-section, tensile strength and dispersion behaviour — and in the concrete, six months later.

Three things separate a sound purchase:

  • A data sheet for the batch you actually receive, not a generic leaflet
  • A dose designed around section, loading and exposure — not a single figure printed on a bag
  • A sample you can trial in your own mix before committing to a production quantity

The range

Six grades for six jobs

Each grade is engineered for one duty, and its dose is designed separately. The wrong grade, however good the fiber, will not deliver.

What comes with the order

Technical support is part of supply

  • Dosage design from your drawings and specification
  • Data sheet and batch quality certificate
  • Guidance on addition to the mix and dispersion control
  • Attendance at the first pour on large projects
  • Total installed cost compared against your current specification

Pricing

Why there is no price list on this page

Fiber price depends on grade, order volume and the designed dose. So does the number that matters — the cost of reinforcing a cubic metre of concrete, which is what a fiber quotation should be compared against, not the price of steel per kilogram.

How much mesh an industrial slab carries depends on its structural design, thickness, loading and reinforcement layout. Where a designed fiber dose can replace it, purchase, offcut waste, haulage, storage, fixing labour and chairs all leave the bill of quantities at once.

Ordering

From enquiry to delivery, in four steps

  • Project data. Send drawings, section, loading and exposure conditions.
  • Recommended dose. You receive a grade recommendation, a designed dose and the data sheet.
  • Free sample. Trial it in your own mix design before any production order.
  • Production and delivery. Supplied from our own line, delivered to site or batching plant.

Common questions

What buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order? There is no minimum for a trial sample. For production orders the quantity depends on grade and delivery schedule, and is confirmed with the dosage recommendation.

Does fiber replace rebar completely? No. It replaces crack-control mesh and temperature steel wherever the design permits. Structural reinforcement designed for flexural capacity stays.

Do you supply outside Iran? Yes. See the export page for target markets, documentation and shipping terms.

Is distribution partnership available? Yes. Separate terms exist for contractors, batching plants and regional distributors.
